I wanted to make sure an "attaboy" went out to Al for his efforts last Wednesday night. He spent a good hour walking myself and one of our other engineers through the entire BTXF software process step by step and made sure we understood the settings we needed to change as well as the settings we weren't using and why we weren't using them (such as the security capabilities of the larger BTX portfolio), which will definitely come in handy when we're explaining this stuff on site to other personnel.
I would also like to recognize Jared. Jared’s knowledge was top level and his attention to detail was unmatched. He was willing to take the time and ensure everything was done correctly and in a very timely manner. His working relationship with Jena from Serco was outstanding. They worked together to put together a great game plan to complete this task in the limited time we had at Naval Station GTMO and then they worked together seamlessly to complete that game plan. It was a pleasure to work with Jared. He established good working relationships with the onsite Emergency Management Officer Marcus H and the Dispatchers that will be operating the system. He was very good at answering the dispatchers’ questions during the installation of the new equipment and during the training he provided as well. I am looking forward to the next upgrade and working with Jared again.
I want to thank the amazing training staff that helped me during my stay at Monaco. Katie & Ryan were very generous with their time in making sure I understood the D-21 course and personally helped me outside of class.
Tom consistently demonstrates exceptional customer prioritization. For example, a customer needed a copy of their UPS airway bill and tracking number long after the order had shipped. Tom conducted a thorough investigation, including a call to UPS, and provided the information within an hour of my request. He often takes the initiative to do a deep dive to find solutions, even when shortcuts might be an option. Another instance of his dedication was when a customer requested that a software planner be emailed to them on the same day of their request, which meant that shipping would first need to stage the order prior to invoicing. When I asked Tom if he could stage the order quickly, he immediately responded with "I'll do it right now." His accommodating attitude and consistent willingness to assist without hesitation are greatly appreciated.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to your technician, Mr. Tyrone, for his outstanding professionalism. He demonstrated exceptional skills throughout the process, ensuring the installation was highly organized. The job site has been restored to its original condition, and Mr. Tyrone kindly provided comprehensive training to help us operate the systems effectively. The whole process from contacting Brenda for a quote to the end of the installation was very smooth and peaceful. Monaco Enterprises consistently goes above and beyond, and we truly appreciate your team's dedication. We look forward to our next opportunity to collaborate with you.
I also wanted to thank Ken for his amazing expertise and knowledge about the MAAP-X and how he shared his information with our class. The information I received from this class makes my life so much easier during my day today. I trust and appreciate the Monaco team for being there for me when I need them.
Amy wears many hats at Monaco and does so with a friendly demeanor and smile on her face. She recently assisted with an urgent request for parts that a Customer had to procure to finish their project. Knowing that time was of the essence, she was quick to get back to me after contacting her source at [Vendor]. She consistently kept me in the loop, and prior to me making the request for purchase, she took the initiative and stated, “I will get the PO ready for this.” She has a can-do attitude and is a team player!
Eric received high praise from personnel at USCG, HI for his efforts during the new D21 install. While installing the equipment in a cramped location, Eric came up with a plan to install a shelf for the equipment to free up some workspace. The unit was very grateful and appreciative for these efforts that went above and beyond to make the customers workspace effective and easy to use. This shows the dedication to excellence in the core values that Monaco is known for.
I was a technical support specialist in ancillary medical for more than 20 YRS, and sometimes it was nice to get a kudos from a customer. I would like to praise the technical support I just received from Katie in installation. She demonstrated the ICARE principles and resolved my issue. I am a dispatcher for Fire at Ft Huachuca.
I am just reaching out to say a sincere thank you to your workers Ryan and Jared. Our Monaco system was down and they provided excellent customer service on the 11th of September around our 1900. These two gentlemen are true craftsmen and very knowledgeable in their fields.
Recently we had a customer requesting a Monaco Representative come to their site because of issues that arose and the project was halted until a solution could be made. Ken was only given an 8-hour notice and he got on a plane the next day and traveled to the site. While onsite, Ken provided tech support to the customer and worked with the Engineering Dept. here in Monaco. The trip was successful and it solidified our relationship with the customer.
Kasie has ownership for the 'Chaos' that is production control. She works amazingly hard at this job and achieves stellar results. Her efforts to fulfill the customer's needs are never ending. She does all of this and a whole lot more with a smile on her face. This is clearly the definition of Excellence.
Joe’s efforts at responsive and proactive communication are greatly appreciated. His efforts to always keep people informed and never wondering the status of something mean so much and go so far. He is earning people's trust.
I was very pleased with both Josh (BTX transceivers on our four other contracts); and Pierre (D21 Head end contract). It’s not often in construction contracting that performance exceeds my expectations. Both Josh and Pierre were tremendous in understanding our issues, sequence of construction events needed, and solving a myriad of problems with out of the box troubleshooting techniques. Specific items I want to comment on: Josh…..helped us troubleshoot and test FM reception at a distant building. Josh and Pierre…..great teamwork and assistance troubleshooting our new radio tower antenna issues. Pierre…..solved our issues of keeping the old system up and running while installing our new system, testing, and training. Could you please pass along my thanks to both of them for their professionalism?
Alicia is outstanding in supporting our customers in a timely manner. Any time I show up in the shipping area with a hot repair or a warranty exchange part, she has not disappointed our group or the end customer by not getting the item out the door. While some may say this comes with the job (which is true), she does it without a hint of displeasure.
