Monaco installation and training personnel were recently on our site performing large-scale upgrades to our Fire Alarm Reporting System. This system is used heavily every single day and supports crucial aspects of our mission. Monaco’s personnel were extremely professional throughout the visit. It is refreshing to deal with a company who shows up on time and finishes on time!

I recently called Monaco’s Customer Service Department for a quote on parts we needed to perform an emergency repair on one of our building panels. My Customer Service Representative was prompt and took ownership of my request right away. Monaco seemed to drop everything to help us and this is a level of service that is just hard to find these days. We want to thank Monaco for getting us everything we needed to get our panel back up and running.

We recently needed to get a new building online and added to our D-21. We were under important deadlines to obtain permission to occupy our building. We called Monaco to get this process expedited. It turned out the installing contractor was not available to program our system. We called Monaco to get them to emergency dispatch their factory technician to our site to complete the installation and testing of the building’s fire alarm system. Monaco moved very quickly after we placed our order and got the building online and completed on time. It was stressful but Monaco made the process very convenient and smooth for us.
